Two tabs
The Dashboard has two tabs: Planning Gantt (the default) and Roster Status.
Planning Gantt
Horizontal timeline showing each connected courier as a row. Today's jobs and availability windows are bars on those rows.
- Drag a bar horizontally to move the time slot.
- Drag the right edge to resize.
- Click a job bar to open its detail view.
- Conflicts surface inline — moving a job onto another job for the same courier is rejected.
The horizontal scale is one day. Use the date picker in the toolbar to jump to a different day.
Roster Status
A "who's available right now?" view, useful when a call comes in and you need to dispatch immediately. Couriers are split into four groups, each shown as its own card:
- Free now (green) — no current entry, available.
- Tentative (yellow) — flagged tentative in the current window.
- Booked (blue) — currently working a job.
- Unavailable (red) — explicitly blocked.
Each row shows the courier's name, a one-line status detail, and (on desktop) the next-scheduled entry as a preview line below the name.
The status math accounts for the empty-day default toggle on each courier's account — if a courier has set "Blocked by default," empty time slots show as Unavailable instead of Free.
Time zone
The Dashboard renders in the firm's time zone (your time zone, as the dispatcher). Courier entries from other zones are converted.
