1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OBC Calendar (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Plans and billing

Free tiers (OBC Free, Firm Free) include limited features and a 60-day trial of the paid feature set on first signup. Paid tiers (OBC Standard, Firm Standard) are billed monthly via Stripe. Trial periods do not require a payment method up front.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then.

Repeat signups with the same email address are not eligible for a fresh free trial.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) interfere with the Service's operation; (b) use it for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass security; (d) misuse other users' data; (e) send spam, abusive content, or unsolicited commercial mail through the Service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service (couriers, jobs, availability windows, invoices, etc.). We store and process it to operate the Service per our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time from Settings → Account. You can also delete your account from the same page; deletion takes effect 30 days after request, with the option to restore in between.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or change features without notice. We'll announce significant breaking changes in advance when possible.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice unless an immediate suspension is needed to protect the Service or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
